  • Online Chat Counselling/Coaching

This service provides you with one-on-one psychological support, psycho-education (get educated on psychological stuff), motivation and techniques for you to resolve issues.  

  • Telephone Counselling/Coaching

You call at a pre-arranged time and day convenient to us both, for a 1 hour session.  You will then be able to utilise the psychological skills available to you, as well as hypnosis, in your own comfortable armchair.

  • Face-2-face sessions for counselling, hypnotherapy, psychology, psychotherapy, Timeline techniques and NLP

Giving Up Smoking / 

Quit Smoking / 

Hypnosis and Timeline Techniques do Work

4 regular sessions of hypnosis may help you to give up smoking and get lasting results.  Smoking is a regular habit so regular sessions do get great results when you want to quit smoking.  Research shows that by having 4 to 6 sessions, the success rate for hypnosis is about 96%!

When you quit smoking with hypnosis, there is no craving, and no desire to smoke. Plus, you may take care of your weight issues at the same time.  How good is that?  Great! 

 

Depression

Most people don't realise that depression is made up of many factors: 

  • Memory problems, especially for short term memory

  • Sleep irregularity - can be oversleeping, under sleeping or broken sleep

  • Inability to see a future for yourself

  • Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness

  • Irritability and/or anger

  • Low or non-existent sex drive

  • Eating irregularity - overeating, under eating

  • Withdrawal and even isolation from normal and social activities

  • Difficulty making decisions

If you're experiencing all or most of the above, do seek help for depression quickly.  You can be treated with my psychological services, in conjunction with natural therapies and/or medication. 

Motivational Boosters

In between your psychology sessions, which are usually structured 1 week apart, you are able to email me and have a quick 5 minute phone call.  

After each session, and sent by email, you will receive motivational boosters, plus a 'white paper' with information for homework or just to ponder on.

Homework is an important aspect because it helps you to practise stress management and implement what you have learnt.  When homework is provided, I do expect you will be committed to completing it as I only work with people who fully desire to be well, healthy and happy.

 

Your Investment in good mental health -

Your investment in your health is the most commitment you will ever make.  Without your health, what does your life mean to you?  Your sessions are able to be claimed from private health funds, according to the regulations of your health fund.

Psychology / NLP sessions are usually 55 minutes in length, and many people will only require 4 to 6 sessions.  

If you have private health cover, you may be able to obtain a rebate from your health fund.  

 

Mental Health Shared Care Plan

Your symptoms need to meet the criteria for a serious mental health disorder or your GP cannot make the referral to a psychologist for sessions under the Mental Health Shared Care Plan.  If you do not have private health cover, then a referral from your GP to myself as the psychologist, may be possible if you meet the criteria for a Mental Health Shared Care Plan.  

When you make the appointment for your GP, make sure you request a longer session time as the assessment is quite thorough.

Then, when you have paid for your psychology session, you claim your visit on Medicare or your health fund and get a rebate - $75 from Medicare, and less from private funds.  There is a gap between the fee for the session and what Medicare or Health Insurance covers, which you need to meet yourself at the time of your appointment.

 

Fees (per 55 minute session) are as follows:

Full time students (on student allowance) and pensioners:    

$180

Working PT:    $180

Working FT:    $200
