Well, that's me in the photograph above!  

I was born in Gordonvale, south of Cairns in sunny north Queensland, Australia.  I moved a lot throughout Queensland, and settled for a time in Mackay and Mirani.  Like many of us, I married, had children, and later divorced.

I have a huge interest and love for all things healing and spiritual and studied massage, herbs, healing and crystals and so on, until I decided that the mind was a great place to heal body, mind and spirit, especially when you work with the power of your Subconscious mind.

I finally became a psychologist in 1997 (went through University as a single Mum and had to move to Rockhampton and Melbourne, and completed it eventually!) 

Then, in 2001 (at the Woodford Folk Festival, no less) I met Dennis McMahon and it was in 2002 that we got together personally and professionally and started our first business -  Sales Champions.  We live in the West End / Highgate Hill area of Brisbane, not far from wonderful river walks.

In early 2003, we began coaching Real Estate Agents on sales, business and marketing concepts which initially were on-the-spot solutions.  By June that year, we had written and created a 6 week structured programme of coaching and over 70 tools that included letters, scripts, systems, personal development and client nurturing.

Mid 2004, the business was expanded by building a network of Coaches, and we now have 12 who are licensed to deliver our programmes, to cope with inquiries and requests for coaching, information and programmes.

Inquiries come from our websites, advertising and authored articles in Quality Australia's “The Business Improvement Journal” and the REIQ Journal.  In January 2005, the business made a timely foray into writing and delivering programmes to service-oriented small business owners, with a structured step by step 12 month programme of tools and personal coaching.

Qualifications

I am a Registered Psychologist and hold additional accreditation as:

• Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Timeline;

• Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training;

• DiSC Behavioural Profiling and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. 

I have trained, educated and been a speaker to diverse groups such as:

• The Gifted Children's Society

• Mental Health staff and Clients

• Real Estate Agents and Principals

• Networking and Business groups

• Coaching groups 

• Professional Women’s groups.

I love life and am curious and interested in many things, so I have spoken on and held workshops on an eclectic mix of topics:

I love to dance, especially Latin and Rock 'n Roll, walk, read, meditate and do experimental cooking to put recipes in Newsletters, when I can find the time!
